(750ml) CASES:250 BACKGROUND:This, my 10th outing of the limited MILK FED series (time flies) seemed like the perfect time to celebrate by making a Sparkling White wine! STYLE:This wine is a mix between 70% Mission and 30% Riesling. It combines the best traits of both - the infused tinctures and herbs that Mission brings as well as the petroleum/new car interior of the Riesling, all wrapped up in a yeasty, bready blanket, making it quite complex. Extra Brut, so very dry. VINEYARD:The Mission was harvested from our regular Somers Vineyard in Mokelumne River AVA and the Riesling was from the old Zabala Vineyard in Arroyo Seco AVA.
