Semara Blue Moon
Every now and then we definitely do have a really good reason for naming our coffees and not all of them are silly. This coffee is named after the indonesian goddess Semara because one sip of this had us "floating above the sky in the dark blue sky (space) which is home to the sun and moon", and this happens to be the same place where Semara lives. This very special premium coffee comes from the volcanic region of Mount Agung in the Kintamani highlands on the island of Bali, Indonesia. The system of irrigation used to water these plants was designed more than 1,000 years ago. These cherished beans do actually have a blue color before they are roasted.
