Nigella - Black Cumin Seed

As a food spice, black seeds mix well with pasta, casserole, salad, and stir fry. Black seeds are also used by themselves as an herbal tea or blended with traditional tea leaves or coffee for an added zest. Historically, some have used black seed mixed with honey and garlic as a tonic for asthma and coughs, as well as to enhance the immune system.
