This is a grab-bag mix of the soft-neck garlic varieties Sundries Farm grows: Inchelium Red, Early Italian, and Nootka Red. Same great garlic, same great flavors! These are not seconds but bulbs that measure under 2 inches in diameter. They are ideal for culinary purposes at a bargain price.   Shelf Life: Up to 12 months from harvest, so use by May/June of the following year. Make sure to check your garlic bulbs on a regular basis starting in January. Requests for a specific variety can be made in the NOTES section during checkout.
