A2 Vanilla, 2 Pints

The A2 vanilla ice cream contains real dairy (milk and cream). However, the A1 protein is not present, so there are only A2 proteins. It is believed that the main culprit for being lactose-intolerant is not being able to digest the A1 protein easily.
