Plant Description: A vigorous, deciduous climber. Ideal for growing up walls. Fruit only forms on the female plant, which needs a male plant for fertilizing. 'Matua' is the male plant - it can pollinate up to eight female plants. Produces cream-yellow male flowers which appear along the branches among the toothed, heart shaped leaves in mid-summer.
