Chateau Graville-Lacoste Graves Blanc

Hervé Dubourdieu’s easy charm and modest disposition are complemented by his focus and ferocious perfectionism. He prefers to keep to himself, spending most of his time with his family in his modest, tasteful home, surrounded by his vineyards in the Sauternes and Graves appellations.  His Graves Blanc, a blend of 60% Sémillon, 35% Sauvignon Blanc, and 5% Muscadelle from old vines planted in gravelly soils, this is a great intro to the splendors of White Bordeaux. Crisp, fresh, and focused, it offers up lovely notes of ripe citrus, tropical fruits, freshly cut grass, and mineral.
