Domaine Antoine Reniaume Bouzeron

The young Antoine Reniaume might be fairly new on the scene in Burgundy, but his wines do not "behave" that way. Based in Bouzeron, the spiritual birthplace of the Aligote grape, Antoine's version is superb. From a 0.37 hectare parcel of vines, it is fermented and aged in a mixture of tank and older barrels. Crisp, crunchy, and full, it offers up exotic notes of tropical fruits, dried mango, white pepper, and curry leaf. Great with or without food, it's perfect for all sorts of occasions.
