Domaine de Fenouillet Ventoux Rose

This is such a dazzling bottle of dry rose from one of the hardest-working and honest estates in the Southern Rhone. A blend of 60% Grenache, 15% Mourvedre, 15% Cinsault, and 10% Syrah, this is so much more vibrant and balanced than many of the heavier roses from this region. All of Fenouillet's vineyards are certified organic too. This showcases classic notes of strawberry, peach, herb, and mineral. While there's great concentration and length here, it's super refreshing and invigorating. It's also perfect for hot and sunny days, Nicoise salad, salmon, and other lighter and fresher dishes. YUM!
