From one of the original producers of Saint-Bris, Herve Felix and his family run a small estate where they produce a range of artisan wines. Founded by Herve's ancestors in 1690, the estate has passed down from generation to generation for over 300 years. Let's just say they know a thing or two about the land, the grapes, and how to best express both in their wines.Grown in the same limestone-rich soils as Chablis and Sancerre, this is a uniquely delicious take on this noble variety. Definitely on the richer side for a Sauvignon Blanc, there's still great energy and vibrancy here. Bursting with aromas and flavors of lemon curd, pear, gooseberry, lime zest, and chalky minerality, this is an incredibly satisfying experience.
