Heron Cabernet Sauvignon

Since 1994, Laely Heron has run her winery with passion and conviction. She buys grapes from highly-regarded growers throughout California, and uses the training she acquired in oenology school at the University of Bordeaux to craft delicious, value-priced wines. Her 2022 Cabernet Sauvignon relies on fruit from the cooler, west side of Paso Robles, and it deserves mention as one of the top domestic Cab values in the marketplace. Wine Enthusiast loved it. "This wine is deep, focused with aromas of cranberry-blackberry compote, dried bay leaf, potpourri, and dark chocolate on the nose. The flavors on the palate are black currant confiture, dried black mission fig, orange marmalade, rolling into dried green herbs, and supple tannins on the finish." - 92 points
