The debut release of this wine is fantastic! Put together by Ian Davies, the same guy who brought us Eagle Glen Cabernet Sauvignon, this is produced with grapes from the Beckstoffer family's Red Hills-Lake County vineyards. You can definitely taste that pedigree in the finished wine. 100% Cabernet Sauvignon aged 16 months in French oak (20% new), this is a lush Cabernet striking a perfect balance of fruit, spice, and just the right touch of oak for a sultry, round finish. Drink this fantastic value with anything off the grill.
