Vignerons de Buxy Bourgogne Cote Chalonnaise Rouge

Founded by 98 winegrowers in 1931, the Cave des Vignerons de Buxy is a collection of producers focused and intent on promoting the quality of the Cote Chalonnaise.  Their Bougogne Rouge serves as a great entry point into what red Burgundy has to offer without breaking the bank. It leads with crunchy red berries on the nose, and is supported by secondary and tertiary notes of baking spices and earth. The palate is medium bodied and bright, with a fresh character to it.
