Soldarini Hydropsyche Sensor XUL Rod

These new rods from Soldarini offer high performance in a mid-range price. They feature low swing weights and good recovery speeds for this price tier of rods. They also have a particularly modern look with the EVA handle and black blank. The main additional selling point for these rods is the inclusion of two rod tips. One rod tip is a traditional tubular design made for typical all-around Euro nymphing. The second rod tip has a solid carbon insert which has a very soft action. This tip loads very easily with extremely light rigs and it protects very small tippet with more shock absorption on the hook set. One more feature to highlight is the cork ring in the handle and the two additional green thread lines on the blanks which provide measurements of 20, 30, and 40 cm from the base of the fighting butt if you want to quickly measure a fish before letting it go.  Feature Highlights: Upgraded carbon fiber and resins over the lower priced Sensytip models.
