This coffee was sourced as a back up for 2023 Brewer's Cup season. It is a gorgeous coffee with bright and floral notes and a nice sweetness, and was sourced through a small importing business called Balzac Brothers that is local to the southeast. This coffee was grown in the Tarrazu region of Costa Rica, a region accounting for 25% of coffee exports from Costa Rica and the cooperative CoopeTarrazu seeks to provide hands on solutions and support to the families and communities that are a part of it. We are thrilled to offer this coffee because it is a great representation of genuine partnership and connection in the coffee industry and we are proud to continue genuine partnerships and watching small businesses grow together.
