Mankumar Mukhiya and his team of young tea makers acquired Taiwanese style oolong making equipment and have been perfecting their craft of oolong tea making for 3 years. This is the first batch to successfully form into tight balls and holding in a unique high elevation character of the Himalayas. This tea is light and malty with a mature tasting sweetness to it. Although the tea is not roasted, it just have a roast character and serves as a great tea for tea merchants and tea lovers to roast themselves.
