Also known locally as, “David’s Tea”- “Art of Flying’s Earl Grey” was originally requested by & custom blended for singer/songwriter & ‘co-conspirator’ of Art of Flying, David Costanza. Looking for that famously high brow, more traditional “Grey”…with a big bergamot bouquet & velvety smooth tannins, we created a perfectly balanced blend using a malty Assam black tea scented with oil of bergamot, and punctuated with flecks of citrus rind & blue cornflowers.
