MAG540 – High-performance 4K STBs with a brand new ARM Cortex-A35 CPU MAG540 and MAG540w3 are Linux STBs powered by the quad-core ARM Cortex-A35 CPU with a brand new Amlogic S905Y4 chipset. This hardware makes the model much more powerful than the legacy STBs. The devices ensure easy and smooth playback of content in all popular modern video formats, including 4K. With the new Amlogic S905Y4-B chipset and ARM Cortex-A35 CPU, the device is 25% more powerful than the legacy MAG set-top boxes. The MAG540/540w3 hardware ensures a fast interface and smooth playback. The remote has five programmable buttons. Copy the IR codes from the buttons of other devices onto them and control the devices in the room from one remote control. Remote control training will take no more than one minute.
