DescriptionDescription Besides being a favorite candy flavor for many, licorice root has been known for many years for its multitude of health benefits including: heart burn, leaky gut, cough, immune support, adrenal fatigue, and others.‡ Many people use licorice root extracts as a supplement for these health benefits, but one component of licorice root – glycyrrhizin – can have undesired side effects.  We use a form of licorice in which the glycyrrhizin has been removed – deglycyrrhizinated or DGL.‡ DGL Complex also includes n-acetylglucosamine, gamma oryzanol, and glycine for advance gastrointestinal and stomach health.‡     Warning:  If you are pregnant or lactating woman, have any health conditions, or are taking any medication, make sure to consult your healthcare provider prior to use. ‡ These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration.
