La Gladiola is our medium-dark roast coming from Costa Rica. Available to select farmers only, this bean is milled at Benificio Rio in the western portion of the Tarrazu Valley across from the Tarrazu River. This is a coffee roast that does exceptionally well in many different brew methods, pour over, iced coffee, and espresso is among our choice.
