Red Wine The Terratorium 2021 Cabernet Franc is bright ruby-colored wine that is striking in your glass. This wine balances the robust flavors of the T-T Ranch Vineyard and the finesse of low-intervention winemaking. The 2021 vintage revealed itself as medium-plus bodied and full of juicy flavors. Aromas and flavors of black cherry and blackberries are at the forefront of the first sip of this wine. True to the Cabernet Franc variety, herbaceous flavors of sweet tobacco and roasted pepper then wash over you senses adding complexity. On the palate, the generous tannins provide weight and structure to the wine with medium acidity. This wine has the ability to pair well with a wide range of foods and high aging potential.
