Grown on steep, shale-rich slopes, the vineyard's unique terroir emphasizes the bold fruit and earthy complexity of the Cabernet Franc variety. The 2023 vintage benefited from a cooler growing season and abundant rainfall, resulting in slow-ripened fruit with exceptional balance and concentration. Medium-plus bodied, this vintage bursts with flavors of black cherry and black plum, followed by notes of sweet tobacco and roasted pepper. Balanced by medium tannins and acidity, it’s structured yet versatile, making it ideal for food pairing or aging.
