The juice cleanses will consist of 5 Juices per day for the amount days you choose. Each juice is 16 oz. It is suggested to drink your cleanse in order starting from 1 and ending at 5. Each juice should be consumed within 2-3 hours of each other.   The mini cleanse will consist of 5 juices in the 8oz size!    You will receive the following: 1. Shine: Celery, Granny Smith Apple, Lemon, Ginger 2. Prosperity: Granny Smith Apple, Kale, Pineapple, Lemon, Ginger, Liquid Chlorophyll, Spirulina 3. Harmony: Carrots, Beets, Fuji Apples, Lemon, Ginger 4. Power: (seasonal) Watermelon, Pineapple, Lemon, Orange, Apple, Dragon Fruit, Ginger  5. Glow: Almond Milk, Vanilla Protein, Bananas, Peanut Butter  I always to suggest to add on 1-3 of the Vibe Waters, depending on how long your cleanse is, for extra hydration.
