It's imperative to note that the best fit would be your neck circumference +2". (ex. 13" neck circumference would best fit a 13"-15" collar, 16" neck circumference would best fit a 16"-18" collar.) Set Features: Everything was made with faux leather Biothane, & consists of silver or Gunmetal hardware.  Collars: Heart ring martingale with bow accents, heart rivets, a locking buckle, heart lock, with dangling petite rose charms from the front, heart rivet collar end accent, and heart key on a chain with a rose charm. Fits 12"-15" neck circumference  Cuffs: 3/4" back with rose printed biothane front, bows, heart rivet collar end accent, and metal heart charms. Fit 6"-8"
