Aromatherapy Consultation

Schedule an online or in-person consultation that includes a comprehensive intake to assess aromatherapy needs. At your initial consultation, I will ask questions about both physical and mental health including prescribed medications, allergic reactions, and herbal supplements as well as chronic conditions. I will ask about scent preferences and current experiences with aromatherapy. The session lasts from 30-45 minutes, depending on your history and any questions you may have. Recommendations range from suggestions for oils to be used in diffusers to products that are applied topically. I do not recommend the internal use of essential oils. The products that I make for you will be a personalized formulation based on your needs.
