Québec's Domaine L'Espiègle is at the forefront of top-quality Canadian vinifera wines. This particular cuvée is a dead-ringer for an old-style Chablis or Coteaux Auxerrois, having been raised in neutral barrel and stainless steel. It's bright, energetic, lifted and low in alcohol (12.5%)...in short: it manages to be everything we imagined a great Canadian Chardonnay could be! Bottled unfined and unfiltered; practicing organic viticulture. No added sulfur.
