Boutin's tiny two-hectare property turns out one wine: a Rasteau of incredible lift, precision and refreshment. Comprised of 60% Grenache with 10% each of Syrah, Mourvèdre, Carignan and Cinsault, it manages to avoid the clunky, high-alcohol excesses of so many contemporary southern Rhône wines. At such a reasonable price, we're 100% on board with this revelation of an estate!
