Crafted from scratch with European butter and freshly milled spelt berries, these turnovers pay homage to traditional pastries while delivering a whole new experience. Each square of puff pastry is filled with a luscious Bourbon Apple filling, featuring the rich flavors of Bear Creek Distillery’s signature bourbon. We crimp the edges for that nostalgic turnover look, bake them to a golden finish with an egg wash and demerara sugar for extra crunch, a
