King Cake
Celebrate Mardi Gras with a King Cake Our take on the King Cake is sweet cinnamon rolls, shaped and formed into a wreath, and then decorated with cream cheese frosting and all the glitter after it's baked. Mardi Gras is a day of indulgence, filled with feasting and celebration before the start of Lent. The King Cake, influenced by French tradition, has become a symbol of Carnival. This sweet, rolled bread is topped with icing and vibrant Mardi Gras sprinkles, with a hidden surprise inside—a small baby figurine. Some believe the baby represents Jesus or a higher power, while others see it as a playful tradition. Whoever finds the baby is declared "King for the Day" and is tasked with providing the next year’s King Cake or hosting the festivities! Pre-order is pick up only, and ends February 26th. Pick up is March 3rd at the Corvus Coffee location in Littleton, CO from 10am-6pm. Allergens: Gluten, Dairy, and Egg.
