Fill it to the top please. About the design: The Moscato grape is one of the oldest known wine producing grapes. It is known as Moscato Canelli, Muscat Blanc, Moscato Bianco and dozens of other names. There are over 200 variations of this grape as well! The breadth & number of varieties sugguest that it is perhaps the oldest domesticated grape variety & there are theories that most varietals within the Vitis Vinifera family are descended from the Muscat variety.  This grape was culitvated by the Greeks who planted it all along the Mediterranean & were the first to bring it to France through their trading port in Marseille. Scientists from Penn analyzed clay pots from the burial mound of King Midas & deterined that Moscato grapes were the key component of the alcoholic beverage served at his funeral feast in the 8th Century!  Moscato was later spread throughout Europe during the Roman conquest.
