This is how it all started. Buckwheat bread with the added superfood Amaranth, a gluten free grain similar to Quinoa with a moist texture and a fantastic nutty flavor. Amaranth is smaller and less abrasive to intestinal lining. This is our superstar bread. Ingredients: Buckwheat Groats, water, amaranth, sesame seeds, salt, coconut spray (for the tin pans).
