What to ExpectOur class will take you through how our oils and balsamic vinegars are created and teach you tasty techniques to mix and match the oils and vinegars for a culinary delight! Water will be provided and the Peckish food and cocktail menu will be available during class. Class Hours Classes typical run from 5:30p - 7:30p on their scheduled night and while we try to our best to be on time, classes can occasionally run a little long or short. We ask guests to arrive 5-10 minutes early to avoid missing anything of value.
