Azoxystrobin (Azoxy) 2SC fungicide - Liquid

This is one of two fungicides that I typically rotate to prevent brown patch and other diseases in my lawn. When you first look at this you may get sticker shock. It has a much higher initial price tag than its box store alternative (Scott's Disease Ex) but I assure you this is much cheaper per application. This 16 oz pint will cover between 20,000 and 42,000 sq ft depending on the rate you use.   Liquid Alternative to Scotts DiseaseExThe “SC” stands for “suspension concentrate” which just means that you take a small amount of the concentrate in this bottle, mix/stir it into 2 gallons of water, and that makes a liquid suspension that can be sprayed out on 1,000 sq ft of turf. For most of us, this would mean using a 1-2 gallon pump or a battery powered backpack sprayer. This product is NOT meant to be applied from a hose end sprayer such as the Ortho Dial-N-Spray or the Chameleon. Those just don't give us enough precision for these products.
