This can be after showering or washing your hands.  Ingredients in body butters are also sealants, if used on dry skin moisture will also be kept out.  Ingredients: shea butter, sea moss, mango butter, carrot extract, papaya oil, coconut oil, jojoba oil, sweet almond oil, licorice root essential oil and love
