Here's a 4 key boxwood flute by Firth, Hall, and Pond. A nice instrument by an important American maker. Instrument is in overall good condition, with a minor crack (see pictures) and will need a repad.Provenance: The Historic Collection. This is from the collection of a well-known researcher and historian of woodwinds who spent a lifetime collecting rare and unique instruments. We are privileged to offer items from this collection for sale.As this instrument is historically interesting we have chosen to not do restoration work on it and leave that to the eventual owner.
