First Pair of Socks Class

  Ready to knit your first pair of socks? Join Becky as she walks you through all the fun of knitting your very own socks! You will learn to knit a cuff down pair of DK weight socks with the magic loop technique in this 4 part class. Please note you will have homework to complete between the classes.  Materials needed: 1 skein of DK weight yarn. Preferably a super wash merino yarn, that is not too dark or wildly variegated so you can read your knitting.  1 pair of US 3 or 3.25mm circular needles 32inch in length. Can be metal or wood, your preference Please knit and block a 4.5x4.5” swatch in stockinette stitch once you sign up for the class and bring it with you.  Materials are not included in the class but you can purchase before the class or bring your own if you have these in your stash. Cost: $85  Time: 4 Saturdays, 9am-11am Dates: July 26th, August 2nd, 9th, 16th. These are all the class sessions, please inform your teacher if there is a date you will be absent.    CLASS REGIST
