19 Crimson Rambler Carthage College Yearbooks These books are from 1911, 1915, 1920, 1921,1922, 1923, 1924, 1927, (2) 1930’ that are duplicates, a 1930 (this one is not the same as the other 1930, 1932, 1933, 1946, 1949, 1950, 1951, and 1961 Carthage College was founded by Lutheran pioneers in education and chartered by the Illinois General Assembly on Jan. 22, 1847. In 1870, the College moved again, this time to the rural, west-central city of Carthage, Ill., where the College acquired its current name. By 1962, Carthage College was relocated to its lakeshore campus in Kenosha, Wis.,  These yearbooks vary in size from 11 ¼” top to bottom, 9" side to side, to 10 ¼” top to bottom and 7 1/8” side to side. They are in good readable condition. The spines are still attached, and binding is holding firm. There is some markings and dirt on the covers that is consistent with age.  The pages do have some light foxing and you will find some many signatures through the yearbooks.  This i
