Quaderna Via - Navarra DO Crianza

Cherry color. Intensive aromas of bright red fruit, plum and vanilla. A medium-bodied wine with fresh acidity, earthy flavors, well-integrated oak and a long finish. Try pairing this versatile wine with Spanish cheeses, spicy chorizo, jamon Serrano and grilled lamb or pork dishes with mushroom.  Serving Temperature: 17°C / 62°F Winemaking Grapes harvested from estate grown organic vines averaging 20 years old. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks then gravity-transferred to concrete tanks for malolactic fermentation at 26°C. The wine is then aged for 12 months in French oak casks and additional 12 months in bottle before it is released.
