Cherry color. Intensive bouquet of red and black fruits, licorice, and toasted oak. Smooth on the palate, nice structure and a beautiful long finish. A nice pairing with Spanish tapas, jamon Serrano, and cheeses as well as roasted or grilled pork and lamb. Serving Temperature: 16°C / 60°F Winemaking Grapes harvested from estate grown organic vines averaging 20 years old. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks then gravity-transferred to concrete tanks for malolactic fermentation at 24°C. The wine is then aged for six months in American oak casks.
