Intense ruby red color with aromas of fresh raspberry and soft dark berry fruit with elegant floral notes. Rich flavors with a fresh and well-balanced structure. Pairs with cold cuts, charcuterie plates and main dishes including red and grilled meats.  Serving Temperature: 16°C / 60°F  Winemaking  Organic and Biodynamic. Wine made from the selection of Albarossa, Barbera and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes produced in the San Pietro vineyards. Hand harvested in October, in 20kg boxes. Following a soft crushing, the fermentation begins and develops naturally without adding additional yeasts.
