Allergy Relief may provide relief from seasonal environmental allergies* ⚘ regulate the immune system ⚘ anti-inflammatory ⚘ support sinus health   Ingredients: Nettle, Goldenrod, Sage, Mint, Marshmallow Leaf Suggested use: Use one tablespoon of loose leaf tea blend per cup of water. Steep for 15-30 minutes. Strain and enjoy 2-3 cups daily.  NOTE: this is a season blend that is usually only in stock in the spring.
