RETURN POLICY Items that have a blatant manufacturer defect must be reported within 3 days of receipt for a replacement or credit. Scuffs, scratches, and other imperfections do not qualify for a return. Items that have been used or worn, no longer have the original tags, were ordered in error, or are broken due to misuse will not be eligible for return. In order to return an item, YOU MUST FIRST send an email to RandyThePrinceOfJewels@gmail.com with pictures clearly showing the defect in the item. This MUST be done within 3 days of receipt of your item. If it is determined that an item is eligible for return customers must mail back the item at their own expense in its original packaging, including all accessories, paperwork etc. Once your return is received in its original condition including all accessories and paperwork and inspected a replacement will be sent or credit will be issued.
