We start off with large rolls of bronze wire. Our winding process hardens the wire, and makes it tough. The rings are all saw cut by hand using a 0.010" or thinner blade, then cleaned, washed, and finally, tumbled and polished using a multi-step method that really brings out the shine and removes any burrs. 1 pound packages. 1.6mm, 16ga, 1/4" ID - ~1000 rings/lb1.6mm, 16ga, 5/16" ID - ~900 rings/lb
