Jolly Family :: Adoption Support

The Jollys are expanding their family through international adoption! Hilary & Christian, along with their children Caleb and Charlotte, have partnered with Lifeline Children's Services to adopt a 14 year old boy from Colombia. This process began in 2020, when the family met with Lifeline to discuss details of the upcoming Summer Hosting Program. Hosting allows families to bring a child into their home that is currently awaiting a forever family, and in so doing, the child gains an incredible opportunity to experience another country and its people. The host family is able to share their lives, their time and their love with the child, and get a sense of what it means to bring an older child into their home. While the COVID pandemic unfortunately sidelined all hosting opportunities in 2020 and 2021, the Jolly family was able to join the program in summer 2022, and hosted a 12 year old boy for 2 weeks. Following hosting, a letter of intent to adopt was submitted
