During WWII, the British Ministry of Information led extensive and quite elaborate messaging campaigns that were widely successful, including the creation of timeless messages such as, "Keep Calm and Carry On". The Ministry created this poster to advertise a series of free art exhibitions held at the bustling London Underground's Charing Cross Station. This interesting British WWII poster is in the archives of the Victoria and Albert Museum in London. This is an Original Vintage Poster; it is not a reproduction. This poster is conservation mounted, linen backed, and in excellent condition. We guarantee the authenticity of all of our posters.
