Consultation/Property Viewing Fee

Thank you for your interest in The Suite HTX . As the demand for our studio has increased, we have decided to implement a fee for consultations and property viewings. We charge a $50 fee to consulate with creatives and to show the studio. This fee can be applied to your booking if you decide to book the studio within 30 days of the showing. We believe that this fee will ensure that we are able to provide high-quality consultations and showings to serious creatives who are committed to booking our property. This will also help us cover our costs for showing the studio, such as scheduling and coordinating with interested creatives. We understand that this may be an inconvenience, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. However, we hope that you will understand the need for this fee and we look forward to showing you the studio.
