2025 Sunshine Silver Needle

This is the flavor I have been looking for. I came to Zhe Rong, Fu Ding, last summer looking for a silver needle that was clean and bright with lots of clear notes. I found many clean and bright ones, but they were all dull and boring....till now. I discovered this tea during my sourcing when I kept passing a small factory and always saw teas drying in the sun. I went in one day and was welcomed and given a tour. I told them to message me when the tea was ready and they did. The tea is fantastic!The good weather this year meant lots of time in the sun which resulted in a bright and warm flavor. The liquid has a hairy body. This means the hairs of the tea actually create a soft but full texture when you drink it. The making is skill full resulting in a clean and bright tea. But this tea isnt dull. The bright flavor is full of character notes such as daisies, honey comb and watermelon jolly rancher. This is my favorite white tea that I've had here and is only rivaled by the Vanilla Aroma
