Non-refundable Deposit $150 to save your date paid Host: Liz Juliana's Birthday TS Donut Party Date 11/8 Time: 11:00- 12:30PM Total 10 children in package birthday. Each child will make 3 vanilla donuts, and decorate them with icing and toppings. Each child will also make a personal pizza. Drinks are not provided please be sure to bring drinks for your party. Party Package pricing: $ 440- includes cleaning fee Total for 10 children  Incremental: $32 for additional child, $15 for additional 15 mins. Final payment: - $337 Due 11/8 Party does not include any add ons. Cost for additional children added is $32. This party did not add on any extra add ons. Cost for Incremental time is $30 per each half hour.
