Made from over 50 certified-organic botanicals—including lemongrass, anise, hyssop, genepi, fennel, spearmint, thyme, ambrette, and angelica—GREEN is built on freshly pressed sorghum juice grown at Stone Barns and organic sugarcane spirit from Brazil. The blend combines more than 30 individual herbal distillations with infusions of sorghum juice and over 20 additional botanicals, slowly integrated over several months. Green, grassy, and naturally colored with butterfly pea tea, it bursts with mint, citrusy lemon balm, sweet fennel seed, and a long peppery finish. Stunning neat, chilled, with soda, or as a natural stand-in for Green Chartreuse in cocktails.
