No es Pituko, Chardonnay (2023)

Curicó Valley, Chile. 100% Chardonnay. Due to the lack of processing, this natural wine appears pale yellow and slightly hazy. Strong aromas of banana, apple, and pear mingle with toasted brioche on the nose. It has a creamy, refreshing, and fruity acidity in the mouth.  The Echeverria family has been involved in Chilean agriculture and winemaking since 1740, establishing their current vineyards in Curicó Valley in 1923. Originally producing bulk wines, they shifted to quality exports in 1990, becoming one of Chile’s first boutique wineries and the first Chilean family winery to sell to Harrods in London. Their "No Es Pituko" line features natural, additive-free wines that are wild-fermented, unfiltered, and made without added sulfites.
